Terms & Conditions

1. In case of Misplacement or Damage to the garment the maximum compensation is limited to 10 times the PKC Invoice
value of that particular garment (or) subjected to maximum of Rs.2000/- The garment for which the compensation is
made shall be retained by the company. The compensation shall be given in the form of service but not by cash. This
compensation service shall be used on or before one month from the date of delivery

2. Company does not guarantee 100% removal of stains

3. All garments are examined at the time of receiving only. The same will be done at the processing unit also. In case any
defect is detected by the processing unit, the same shall be brought to the notice of the customer. Such garments are
processed post customer confirmation only

4. Company follows standard procedures for processing of garments. Company shall not be held responsible for damage
to the garments that cannot withstand the standard cleaning process due to quality and age of the garments

5. Company will not accept garments with damage, cuts, holes, scratches, etc., for processing. Company will not take any
responsibility for shrinkage post processing

6. Every effort is made to deliver the garments on time, however due to any unforeseen circumstances if the delivery is
delayed (prior information will be given to the customer), the customer is not entitled to any compensation or reduction
in the charges

7. The tariff for the designer wear will be decided on a case to case basis depending on the complexity of the garment
The same will be communicated to the customer on the spot or after it is examined by the experts at the processing unit

8. The processed garments must be collected from store within 10 days of communication. Any delay in collecting will be
charged at Rs.10 per day after the 10th day

9. Company doesn’t process any undergarments

10. There is no Guarantee for any fade of colors or damage of prints for the garments

11. Customers are requested to check the processed garments in front of Store manager itself While taking the delivery
Company is not responsible for any issue once the customer leaves our store premises post delivery

12. Company will charge an additional amount of Rs.150 for home delivery service

13. Delivery Timings: Drycleaning, Wash and Iron – 4 working day | Wash and Fold- 3 working days

14. Company is not responsible for any personal belongings of customers in the garments Pocket square,
purse, money, pens, jewellery, handkerchiefs, etc.,

15. All disputes are subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction
