Job Overview

As a Telecalling, Sales, and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our products/services, driving sales, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a diploma in Textile or Hotel Management, offering a great opportunity to work with a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Telecalling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
  • Sales:
    • Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Handle inquiries, negotiate deals, and close sales.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Marketing:
    • Assist in executing marketing strategies, including campaigns, promotions, and online/offline advertisements.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM systems and provide regular feedback to management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Requirement: Diploma in Textile or Hotel Management.
  • Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages relevant to your company].
  • Sales Skills: Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
